2 20-09-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for
the State.
This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under
Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section
27 of the Arms Act.
There is specific allegation that this petitioner fired causing
injury on the head of the informant which is shown to be simple only
skin deep on the back portion of the head.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,
the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on
furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of
the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1 st Additional
Sessions Judge, Madhepura in connection with S. T. No. 211 of 2011
arising out of Chausa P. S. Case No. 48 of 2008.
