JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 3 19-09-2012 The counsel for the petitioner has filed an application with a prayer only to the extent that the date fixed for appearance of parties before court below earlier may be extended to 1^st of October 2012. He further submits that because of the communication gap and due to unavoidable reason the petitioner could not remain represent before the court below on 6.8.2012.

In view of the prayer, parties are directed to remain present before the court below on 01.10.2012 and it is expected that the parties will take steps in the case before the court below as per undertaking given by them. Accordingly, this petition is modified to the aforesaid extent.
