Petitioner is in jail custody since 25.04.2012 on the charges that one country made loaded pistol and three live cartridges were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.
The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that father of the petitioner had filed complaint case against police officials and that is why petitioner has been implicated in this false case. It is further contended by him that earlier some cases were lodged against the petitioner but petitioner has already been released on bail in almost all the cases.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
