This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 420 and 406 of the Penal Code.
There was agreement for sale of a land for a consideration of rupees three lakhs. It is alleged that rupees one lakh was paid at the time of agreement to sale, but, subsequently it was taken back saying that it will be paid at the time of execution of sale deed. However, the execution of sale deed could not take place. This matter concerns with the agreement between the parties for sale.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 1539 of 2011 to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.
