The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against petitioner no. 1 to have caused garasa injury on the head of the informant whereas it is alleged against petitioner no. 2 to have made assault with fists and slaps to the wife of the informant and snatched gold chain.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury has been found to be simple caused by hard and blunt substance.

This Court is not inclined to grant

anticipatory bail to petitioner no. 1. Let the learned court below consider the regular bail of petitioner no. 1 without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner no. 2 be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 199 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
