The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 16(a)(i) and 7(iii) of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954. The rice was seized from the hotel of the petitioner. The analyst report suggested the presence of insects.
It is submitted that at the time of seizure the insects were not there and the prosecution report suggests as such.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with G.O. Case no. 228 of 2011
