| registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, |
| 385 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (I) (X) of |
| the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. |
It is alleged that the informant took loan of Rs. 500/from petitioner no.1 without interest but subsequently the interest was added by petitioner no.1 and when the informant requested not to add the interest then he was abused and assaulted.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for non-returning of the loan amount taken by the informant, the accusation has been levelled when accusation under SC/ST Act in not in public view.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12
