JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 4 03-08-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in Dalsing Sarai P.S. Case No. 149 of 2008 registered for the offences punishable under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsing Sarai.
The accusation is of kidnapping the wife of the informant. It is alleged that this petitioner had illicit relationship with the wife of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in 164 Cr. P. C. statement, the victim had also named Raja and Raju who have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 14875 of 2010.
In view of this Court, it is a fit case for consideration of regular bail.
