The petitioner being husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 306 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that for the petty dispute the petitioner slapped the victim when the victim committed suicide.
It is submitted that in the FIR, it is admitted by the informant that the victim was being given medical assistance in the hospital when the informant took the victim to Bokaro for treatment where the victim died on 2.7.2011.
Considering the fact that the medical assistance was given to the victim and the victim died at the informant’s place, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of
