counsel for the State.
The petitioners have a limited grievance in connection with S.T. No. 90 of 1993 arising from G.R. No. 1869 of 1988 corresponding to Kadamkunwa (Kankarbag) P.S. Case No. 319 of 1988 for offences under sections 302/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
The counsel for the petitioners submits that it is a matter of 1993 and only some official witnesses are required to be examined. He has a limited prayer that the trial should be concluded at the earliest.
It is expected that the court below will see that the trial must be expedited and be concluded without unnecessary

delay. It is duty of the court below to take steps for procuring the appearance official witnesses as provided under the Code of Criminal Procedure.
