This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 3.2.2011 passed in Complaint Case No.C-3168 of 2009, Tr. No.3997 of 2011 by the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur by which he has taken cognizance against the petitioners under sections 323, 504, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to raise all points before the court below at the time of framing of charge.
