	This application has been filed for quashing the order dated
	27.10.2009 passed in Hasanpur P.S. Case No.20 of 2007 by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera at Samastipur by which he has taken cognizance against the petitioner under sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 472 of the Indian penal Code. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to raise all points before the court below at the appropriate stage of trial. Permission is accorded. Accordingly this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
