It is alleged that the petitioner took iron rod worth Rs. 4,16,753 when five cheques of Rs. 83,350.60 were issued which got bounced. In view of this Court, it is a fit case for consideration of regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of eight weeks in connection with Complaint Case No. 1544C of 2012, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna.
