| permitted to convert this Civil Revision application into an | |
| application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India in the | |
| light of the pronouncement reported in 2010 (2) PLJR 954 (Durga | |
| Devi Vs. Vijay Kumar Poddar)within four weeks’ from today. | |
| The interlocutory application is accordingly disposed of. |
