It has been brought to the attention of the Court that the rendition of Hindi extracts at page 6 and 7 of the order dated 25.7.2011 have been reproduced correctly in the order sheet on the file but while saving the file before pronouncement the software on the main Server did not recognize the particular Hindi font. The Court is informed that if a document in Hindi is saved from any other location within the Court precincts connected by LAN other than the P.A. Section the server does not recognize other Hindi fronts except for the singular Hindi font fed in the Server. All computers in the P.A. Section do not have a default Hindi font.
Let the Registry take appropriate steps for rectification.
Since Photostat copies are not issued any more as certified copy let the Hindi extract of the notification at page 6 & 7 of the order dated 25.7.2011 be incorporated afresh in this order hereinafter to be read as follows:-
