Petitioner is supposed to be a social worker committed to eradication of corruption from society. He has been bringing instances of such kind specially relating to Government servants to the notice of the higher authorities. Annexures to the writ applications indicate that he has already made communication with the Principal Secretary, Hon’ble Chief Minister and some other dignitaries of this kind.
Since the Government in power has resolved to eradicate corruption at every level therefore such issues are best left to the Government to follow up based on the material provided by the petitioner after due verification.
In the counter affidavit which has been filed by the State they have indicated the kind of steps which has been taken but the petitioner is not satisfied with the speed at which the matter is being looked into.
If that be so, such matter does not require any declaration or direction by this Court except that the authorities shall do what is required to be done in accordance with law.
Writ petition is otherwise disposed of.
