The petitioner has approached this Court with the following

prayer:-

“It is therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court would be graciously pleased to allow this petition and issue Rule Nisi by calling upon the Opp. Parties to show-cause as to why the Mutation Application of the petitioner contained in Annexure-1 shall not be accepted and disposed of as per the order contained in Annexure-2

And if the Opp. Parties fail to show-cause or show insufficient cause, the said rule may be made absolute ;

And further be pleased to pass any other order/orders, as would be deemed fit and proper;

And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound, ever pray”.

By order dated 13.12.2024 passed by the Sub-Collector, Bhubaneswar in Mutation Appeal No.416 of 2023, the petitioner was directed to file a mutation case afresh and the Tahasildar, Jatni was directed to examine the case afresh and pass appropriate order after verifying the relevant documents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that despite such direction, the petitioner’s application for mutation is not being accepted by

Having regard to the limited grievance of the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Jatni to accept the mutation application to be filed by the petitioner through the online mode within a week from today. If such application is submitted, the same shall be considered and disposed in accordance with law.
