1. Heard Mr. S.S. Samantaray, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr. D. Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate for the opposite Party Nos. 1 and 2 and Mr. R.C. Mohanty, learned counsel along with Mr. K.C. Swain and Mr. S.S. Sahoo learned counsels for the opposite No.3.

Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party No.3 by placing the certificate of registration dated 28.01.2026 issued by the Registrar, DMLT/ DMRT Council, Odisha submitted that the certificate of registration bearing registration No.8076 dated 28.01.2026 has already been issued in favour of the petitioner. To that extent, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the opposite party No.3 has also placed copy of the said

certificate of registration before the Court by serving copy of the same to learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. S.S. Samantaray.

3. Mr. S.S. Samantaray, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as the prayer of the petitioner has already been considered and allowed by the opposite parties-authorities concerned and instruction of the petitioner, he prays for withdrawal of this writ petition. To that extent, Mr. Samantaray, learned counsel has also filed a memo for withdrawal of this writ petition in the Court today.

4. Both the certificate of registration dated 28.01.2026 issued by the Registrar, DMLT/ DMRT Council, Odisha in favour of the petitioner as well as the memo dated 18.02.2026 submitted by Mr. S.S. Samantaray, learned counsel for the petitioner be taken on record.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of on withdrawal.
