02. 1 . The petition has been filed by the wife in the marriage seeking transfer of C.P. No.36 of 2025 pending before the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Jharsuguda to the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Angul.

2 . The matter is listed for orders after notices were issued by the coordinate Bench by order dated 12.12.2025 indicating that the matter is likely to be disposed of at the stage of admission.

3. Pursuant to the notices issued the learned counsel for the opposite party has appeared. Upon instruction he submits that the opposite party agrees to the prayer made in the TRPC. Memo of date

indicating the said instruction is filed. The same is taken on record.

4. The C.P. No.36 of 2025 pending in the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Jharsuguda shall be transferred to the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Angul.

6. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that the parties, if required shall avail the facility of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)/digital facility in the proceeding before the learned Judge, Family Court, Angul.

It is further directed that the parties to the litigation before the learned Court in seisin of C.P. No. 36 of 2025, if so advised, shall make application before the said Court for extending the facility of ICT such as virtual hearing, deposition etc. Upon making such
