Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

Instant CRLMP is filed by the petitioner for a direction to opposite party No.4 to conduct proper enquiry into Mangalabag P.S. Case No.21 of 2026 registered under Section 103(1)/3(5) BNS corresponding to G.R. Case No. 61 of 2026 with such other reliefs sought for.

The instructions received from the P.S. concerned is submitted to the Court by Mr. Mohanty, learned ASC for the State and the same is perused. Apart from the same, reports received from the learned court below at Flags-D & P are gone through. Pursuant to the Court’s order dated 10^th July, 2026, opposite party No.4 has filed an affidavit and the same is at Flag-B. The rejoinder filed by the petitioner is at Flag-K. Since the grievance of the petitioner is for a proper enquiry in connection with Mangalabag P.S. Case No.21 of 2026 and in the meantime, it has resulted in submission of final report dated 18^th April, 2026, no further direction is necessary since for the

same, the petitioner is required to approach the learned court below necessarily with a protest petition filed for consideration of the same in accordance with law.

Hence, it is ordered.

In the result, the CRLMP stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the court of learned J.M.F.C. (City), Cuttack in view of final report dated 18^th April, 2026 for filing protest petition and for further orders thereon.
