Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

Instant CRLMP is filed by the petitioner for a direction to the opposite parties and in particular, opposite party Nos.2 to 6 to take immediate and effective measures pursuant to the Station Diary No.16 dated 14^th June, 2026 and to register a case accepting the complaint submitted by him with such other reliefs sought for.

Perused the complaint as at Annexure-1 series, a Station Diary Entry has been made, which is claimed referring to Annexure-2. Mr. Ragada, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no case has been registered in spite of such complaint dated 13^th June, 2026. In fact, Station Diary Entry has been made on 14^th June, 2026 but according to Mr. Ragada, learned counsel for the petitioner, no case is registered thereafter. The antecedents of opposite party No.7 are brought

to the notice of the Court by Mr. Ragada, learned counsel, who claims him to be a repeated offender and despite the complaint as per Annexure-1 series, no action has been followed. Recorded the submission of Mr. Mohanty, learned ASC for the State. A letter of intimation dated 23^rd July, 2026 has been received by the Office of learned AG, Odisha from opposite party No.6 and the same is made available to the Court and upon perusal, it is made to reveal that the petitioner has been requested to furnish the relevant video clips, links (URLs), screen-shorts, electronic records and other supporting materials for verification and further action. Mr. Ragada, learned counsel would submit that the petitioner has furnished all the details of the complaint i.e. Annexure-1 series but still ready and willing to cooperate the PS concerned producing all such details as mentioned in the letter (supra). Considering the submission as above, this Court is inclined to direct opposite party No.6, upon receiving the details of the information from the petitioner, to conclude the enquiry and in case, any cognizable offences are found to have been committed by opposite party No.7, to register a case and to proceed with the investigation in accordance with law.

Hence, it is ordered.

In the result, the CRLMP stands disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. It is further directed that in the event, a case is registered, opposite party No.6 shall ensure expeditious investigation and closure of the same and if necessary, to take

Urgent copy of this order be issued as per rules.
