1. This CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Parties No. 2 and 3 to register the written information as FIR.

Pursuant to order dated 07.05.2026, instructions dated 10.05.2026 of the I.I.C., Kujanga Police Station has been received, where he admits that after verification from the postal authority, it was found that the complaint of the Petitioner has been received by the Kujanga Police Station on 16.02.2026, but as the letter has been misplaced, it could not be found in the Police Station. He has also stated that efforts have made to contact the Petitioner Rosalin Samal, but she could not be found at her address nor could she be contacted over telephone, for

Mr. Byomakesh Tripathy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner on virtual mode submits that the Petitioner will go to the Kujanga Police Station within two weeks with her complaint.

In view of the previous instructions of the I.I.C., Kujanga Police Station stating that complaint of the Petitioner had not been received, he is cautioned to be careful while submitting instructions to the Court. He should not do so hastily without verifying the records of the Police Station.
