to the learned State Counsel to file an affidavit sworn in by the

Deputy Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar disclosing the

present status of the case. Pursuant to such order, affidavit had been filed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar on 16.03.2021 where the status of the investigation has been stated and it has also been stated that several documents are required to be seized from the Office of the DSR, Bhubaneswar for verification regarding selling of the plot and the IIC, Badagada Police Station has been directed to instruct the I.O. to take immediate steps without further delay for completion of investigation and submission of chargesheet.
