1. All the ABLAPLs are taken up together and disposed of by the following common order.

Perused the F.I.R. as at Annexure-1(in all the cases).

Instant petitions under Section 482 BNSS are filed for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners in connection with Badambadi P.S. Case No. 132 of 2026 on the grounds stated therein.

Perused the FIRs as at Annexures-1& 2. It is submitted to the Court that no serious injury has been received by the victim and for the same incident, the counter F.I.R. as per Annexure-2 is lodged. It is further submitted that the coaccused, namely, Soumya Ranjan Bastia is on bail vide ABLAPL No. 4807 of 2026. A copy of the said order is produced which is also in the Court’s record at Flag-B. Considering such release of the accused above named, this Court, regard being had to the lodging of the F.I.Rs against each other by the parties, recording the claim that no grievous injury has been received by the informant, is in favour of directing the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below for being released on conditions as would be fixed.

5. Accordingly, it is ordered.

In the result, the ABLAPLs are disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. It is further directed that in the event, the petitioners surrender before the court concerned in connection with Badambadi P.S. Case No. 132 of 2026 within a fortnight from today, they shall be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with one
