1 . This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. In filing this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has sought for a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 for disposing of the Land Sale Case No.122/2005 being reregistered as MC No.19/2021.

Apart from the above, the Petitioner has also sought for a direction from this Court to the Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation/ Opposite Party No.4 for not creating any disturbance in the suit land till conclusion of the above noted proceeding vide Land Sale Case No.122/2005.

Petitioner in order to redress his grievance, should approach the Chief Administrator, Shree Jagannath Temple, Puri.

5. At this juncture, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for granting permission to the Petitioner to ventilate his grievance for the above purpose before the Chief Administrator, Shree Jagannath Temple, Puri.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties and since the dispute is presently pending before the Chief Administrator, Shree Jagannath Temple, Puri, this Court directs the Petitioner to approach the Chief Administrator, Shree Jagannath Temple, Puri along with a representation for the above purpose, within a period of ten working days hence. In such event, the said authority shall look into the grievance of the Petitioner and pass a lawful order in the matter within a period of two months thereafter.

7. This Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
