This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:

“It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may

graciously pleased to admit the writ application

i) issue Rule-nisi calling upon the O.P. to compensate the Petitioner for illegal encroachment of his recorded land of an area A.0.430 dec considering the Bench mark and Government valuation of the said village which amount is Rs.12,00,000/- approximately per gunth

ii) on demarcation to identify the encroach land of the Petitioner.

iii) Direct the O.P. to pay compensation as per law on the basis of the claim under the Right to Fair Compensation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

And for this delay, harassment and forcible possession to pay due compensation to the tune of Rs.10,00,000/-.

And pass all other order/orders/directions/writ/writs which would be deemed fit and proper for the ends of justice.
