Hence, the Petitioner approached this Court in W.P.(C) No. 13514 of 2019 which was disposed of on 22nd August, 2019 with a direction to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 12th April, 2019 and to dispose of the same in accordance with law. Pursuant to such direction, the impugned order dated 19th February, 2025 vide Annexure-1 has been passed.
