1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:

“The Petitioner, therefore prays that, your Lordships may be graciously pleased to admit the writ petition, issue notice to the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why the petition shall not be allowed;

And if they show no or insufficient cause, hear the counsel for the parties; and

Allow the petition with cost and issue appropriate nature of writ/order directing the Opp. Parties to initiate appropriate acquisition proceeding taking into consideration the procedure adopted by the Govt. in the said respect in respect to the land under Plot No.1007 under Holding No.243 in MouzaPadalguda in Nabarangpur district now brought to Holding No.791 vide order dt.31.12.90 passed by the Tahasildar, Nabarangpur in R.M.C. No.55 of 1996 over which the resident/office of the Collector, Nabarangpur stands and to pay the compensation in accordance with law within a stipulated period, as deemed just and proper;

And for this act of kindness the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray.”
