“It is therefore prays that, this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to admit this Writ application, issue notice, Rule NISI in the nature of mandamus or any other writ/ writs as deem fit and proper, calling upon the Opposite parties to quash the order/Memo No.53 dtd.16.01.2023 vide Annexure-9 and direct the Opp. Party No.5 to insert name in Displace Families and compensation release with interest.

And if the Opp. Parties failed to show cause or show insufficient /irrelevant cause then make the said rule absolute;
