1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Parties to pay the compensation to the Petitioner under the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

In course of hearing, Ms. Mahapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meantime, compensation for acquisition of land of the Petitioner has already been paid. Hence, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.

Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for Opposite Party Nos.4 and 5-IDCO referring to the affidavit dated 7^th August, 2023 submits that in the meantime, the compensation for land acquisition has already been released in favour of the Petitioner.
