Parties to file show cause as to why the impugned order under annexure-6 shall not be quashed and as to why the petitioner shall not be considered for employment rehabilitation like the similarly situated person and if the 0pp. Parties failed to show cause or shown insufficient cause the Rule may be made absolute against the Opp. Parties.”
“1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the record, this Court finds that the representation of the petitioner was rejected on two grounds, firstly, on the ground that the petitioner - Ritesh Biswal, son of Golbadan Biswal was a minor as on the cut off date; secondly, two of the family members of the family of land oustee, Golbadan Biswal had already been rehabilitated under Orissa R & R Policy, 2006.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of the fact that two of the family members of the family of land oustee Golbadan Biswal had already been extended with the benefit under Orissa R & R Policy, 2006, the petitioner is still entitled to be rehabilitated. He therefore prays for an adjournment to address the Court on the issue.
