Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In this Writ Petition, the Petitioners have challenged the action of the Opposite Party Nos.2 to 4 in trying to evict them forcibly without following due process of law which is violation of principles of natural justice.

Learned counsel for the Bhubaneswar Development Authority submits that the Authority has not been issued any notice against the Petitioners. The Petitioners have unnecessarily approach this Court.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that since there is incongruity in the Hal and Sabik settlement, the Petitioners want to approach the Revisonal Authority for correction of the map.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this Writ Petition. However, considering the request of learned counsel for the Petitioners, this Court permits the Petitioners to file a revision before the concerned Revisional Authority for correction of the map.

It is further directed that the Bhubaneswar Development Authority to comply the principal of natural justice before embarking upon any kind of demolition or eviction in respect of the Petitioners’ plot in question.
