This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners so also Mr. T. Pattanaik, learned Additional Standing counsel for the State/Opposite Parties are present.
3. This Writ Petition has been preferred seeking for a direction to the Opposite Parties to issue ration commodities, including the previous quota since May, 2011, in favour of the Petitioners, who are thirteen in numbers.
4. Though copy of the Counter Affidavit has been received by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners but no Rejoinder has been filed till date.
5. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits, though communication was made to the Petitioners, they are not responding to such communication. Accordingly, he
renders no instruction and files a memo to the said effect. The Memo be kept on record.
6. In view of the Memo filed, the Writ Petition is disposed of due to want of instruction.
7. Needless to mention here that, if any cause of action still survives for non-supply of P.D.S. commodities, the Petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court afresh.
