2. Heard Mr. S.K. Rout, learned Counsel for the Petitioner so also Mr. J. Katakia, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-Opposite Party Nos. 1 to 5.

The Petitioner, who claims herself to be the Secretary of Baba Bisweswar S.H.G., Panchapada, has preferred the present Writ Application for inaction of the Authority concerned, more particularly, the Block Development Officer (B.D.O), Chandbali, Bhadrak (Opposite Party No.3) to act on the grievance Petition filed by the Secretary and President of various W.S.H.Gs., who are the members of the Panchapada Mahila Mahasangha (present Opposite Party No.6) as to alleged irregularities and misappropriation of public money by the Office bearers of the Panchapada Mahila Mahasangha.

4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, drawing attention of this Court to one of such representation dated 20^th May, 2023, as at Annexure-1, submits, though the said

representation is pending for consideration since long, the Block Development Officer (B.D.O), Chandbali, Bhadrak is yet to act on the said grievance Petition. Hence, being remediless, the Petitioner also gave individual representation to Inspector-In-Charge, Vigilance, Bhadrak so also Superintendent of Police (S.P), Vigilance, Bhadrak to do the needful.

In view of the limited prayer made in the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the Block Development Officer (B.D.O), Chandbali, Bhadrak (Opposite Party No.3) to deal with the grievance Petition of the present Petitioner’s Society and other Societies and dispose of the same within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order and communicate the outcome of the said disposal to one of the applicants i.e. the Present Petitioner, within a week thereafter. The entire process has to be completed within seven weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The Petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the Writ Petition with all Annexures to the Opposite Party No.3 along with the certified copy of this order to do the needful effectively, as directed above.

6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application as per rules.
