1 . This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. In filing this Writ Petition, the Petitioner being a loanee, has sought for a direction from this Court to the Opposite Parties/Bank authorities for rescheduling / rephasing of its loan account.
3. During course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that before approaching this Court, though the Petitioner has already ventilated its grievance before the Opposite Party No.2/Bank, the said grievance petition of the Petitioner is still pending since 10.02.2024. He, accordingly, prays for a direction for consideration of the said grievance petition of the Petitioner.
4.
