1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (Virtual/ Physical) mode.

This bail application under section 439 of Cr.P.C., 1973 of the Petitioner arising out of S.T. Case No.120 of 2024 arising out of G.R. Case No.162 of 2024 in connection with Polasara P.S. Case No.166 of 2024 is taken up for consideration.

I have already heard from the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The accused is facing trial in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kodala, having been charged under Section-304-B/306/498-A/406 of the I.P.C. read with Section-4 of D.P. Act.

On perusal of the status report of the case submitted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kodala that, the trial of the case against the Petitioner has progressed substantially, because, till yet, nine (9) nos. of witnesses have already been examined, for which, at this stage, instead of allowing the Petitioner to go on bail, I feel it proper to direct the learned Trial

Court in order to take best endeavour for conclusion of the trial as expeditiously as possible.

Therefore, the prayer for bail of the Petitioner is refused and accordingly his application stats rejected.

Grant certified copy of this order to the Petitioner on proper application.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kodala is directed to take best endeavour to conclude the trial of the case vide S.T. Case No.120 of 2024 by examining the rest witnesses as expeditiously as possible, because the accused is facing trial as an UTP.
