The limited grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is for issuance of a direction to the Principal of BNMA College, Paliabindha (opposite party No.4) to furnish the appointment details and service particulars before the Regional Director of Education (opposite party No.3)

The petitioner was appointed as Sweeper on 04.12.1998 on consolidated salary and he claims to have been working as such. By a letter dated 20.12.2010, copy enclosed as Annexure-3, the Regional Director of Education requested the Principals of all nongovernment aided Colleges to submit the claimant detail forms in respect of teaching and non-teaching staff of their colleges appointed in between 01.04.1998 to 01.06.2003 with some further stipulations contained therein.

It is submitted that the opposite party no.4 has not acted upon this letter to submit the detail particulars in respect of the petitioner.

Having regard to the limited grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to opposite party no.4 to consider the case of the petitioner and if found eligible in terms of the letter dated 20.12.2020 of the Regional Director of Education, the required particulars shall be forwarded to the Regional Director of Education within a period of four weeks.
