Considering the submissions and the materials on record, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter at this stage. The criminal misc case is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the court below seeking bail. In such event, the prayer for bail shall be considered on its own merit having due regard to the principle of parity. Since it is submitted that one of the co-accused person has already been released on bail in the meantime. C
