This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. Heard.

Considering the submissions and the materials on record, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter at this stage. The CRLMC is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the court below seeking bail. In such event, the courts below shall consider the bail application on its own merit on the same day having due regard to the principle of parity, since it is submitted that one of the co-accused person has already been released on bail in the meantime. Records shall be made available on the same day in case the petitioner desires to move the higher forum. The higher forum shall also dispose of the case on the same day.

The CRLMC is disposed of accordingly.
