1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the writ petition as well as documents annexed thereto.

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

“It is, therefore, prayed that, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be graciously pleased to consider the aforesaid facts and circumstances, issue notice to the Opp. Parties directing them to file counter and on hearing from both sides be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties especially to the O.P. No.3 to pass necessary order in respect of appointment of petitioner in the post of Reader in the discipline of Anatomy on contractual basis in terms of Advertisement dated 25.11.2022 under Annexure-1 within a time period to be specified by this Hon’ble Court in the interest of justice;”.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that although the petitioner has filed representation dated 15.02.2023 under Annexure-7 before the Director of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani Siddha and Homeopathy (AYUSH), Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.3 the same is still pending before the said Opposite party and the said Opposite Party have not taken any decision as of now.

Considering the submissions made, the limited nature of grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the Director of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani Siddha and Homeopathy (AYUSH), Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.02.2023 under Annexure-7 in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is needless to mention here that the representation of the petitioner shall be considered and disposed of by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Any decision so taken on the said representation shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
