“It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Honourable Court may be pleased to give a direction to the Opposite Parties, particularly to Opposite Party No.2, The Commissioner, Sambalpur Municipal Corporation to step up the pay of the petitioner from the Basic Pay at Rs.9020/- with Grade Pay Rs.1775/to the Basic Pay at Rs.10840/- with Grade Pay Rs.2800/- as per the Orissa Revised Scale of Pay Rules, 2006 corresponding to the fitment Pay Matrix of the Seventh Pay Commission as adopted by the Government of Odisha and fix the pay and level of the petitioner as the designation of Driver w.e.f. 29.10.2013 and disburse the arrear amount accordingly, within a time stipulated by this Hon’ble Court.
This Honourable court may also be pleased to pass any other further order orders as deemed fit and
