The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for setting aside the demand electricity bills under Annexures-2 & 4 issued by the Executive Engineer (Electrical), NESCO, Keonjhar (now TPNODL).

Mr. Dash, learned counsel appearing for the TPNODL by filing counter affidavit submits that yesterday, the Petitioner had approached to revise the bills impugned herein and it is under active consideration. It is also submitted that the Petitioner being the senior citizen is likely to get certain relaxation in the impugned bills raised by Opposite Party No.2. He, therefore, prays for disposal of the writ petition taking note of the above.

Mr. Acharya, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not have any objection to the same.

In view of such submission made by Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the TPNODL and the counter affidavit filed, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Executive Engineer (Electrical), TPNODL, Keonjhar-Opposite Party No.2 to consider the case of the Petitioner sympathetically, if necessary
