1. The petitioner is stated to be a defaulting borrower in respect of only a loan of Rs.5 lakhs availed in the year 2006 from UCO Bank, Bhograi Branch, Dist- Balasore for purchase of a Tractor whereas the challenge is to the issuance of E-auction sale notice dated 26.12.2022 putting the auction sale of three mortgaged properties on 30.01.2023 towards recovery of an outstanding liability of more than Rs.12 lakhs, as on today (as per the oral version of the counsel for the Bank) in respect of a Term Loan of around Rs.5 lakhs availed on 21.08.2012 apart from the earlier loan for purchase of a Tractor.

2. At the time of hearing, realizing that the pleadings have not been correctly set out, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition to enable his client to file a fresh one with correct particulars.
3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
