1. The mortgaged property offered as a collateral security standing in the name of Meera Agarwal/petitioner no.1 was successfully auctioned in the auction sale conducted on 18th November, 2022. The prayer being made in the present Writ Petition is for quashing the said auction sale, however, the correct documents have not been annexed with the Writ Petition.
2. At the time of hearing, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner realizing the lack of proper particulars in the Writ Petition, prays for permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh one with complete and correct

particulars, and also impleading the auction purchaser as well.
3. In view of the above, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
