Instant I.A. is filed for extension of time for disposal of Judicial Misc. Case No. 1 of 2023 pending before opposite party No.3 on the grounds stated therein.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the flood situation, the proceeding in Judicial Misc. Case No. 1 of 2023 could not be disposed of within the period stipulated by this Court vide order dated 7^th July, 2023 and hence, it is required to be extended.

For the reason stated therein, I.A. is allowed. Consequently, opposite party No.3 is directed to dispose of the representation i.e. Anneuxre-6 within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is further directed that till disposal of Anenxsure-6, there shall be no construction to be taken up by opposite party No.5.
