ORDER 18.12.2023 This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is absent on call. 3. Mr. Behera, learned ASC for the State-Opposite Parties, drawing attention of this to the averments made in the Para 7 of the Writ Petition submits, on 19.12.2018 an agreement was executed between the Petitioner CDPO, Golamunda for distribution of Chhatua, which was valid till 30.06.2019. Again the same was extended for one year i.e. till 31.03.2020. 4. Mr. Behera further submits, though this Court, while ordering to issue notice vide order dated 13.09.2019, as an interim, had been pleased to stay the operation of the orders as at Annexure-5 and 6 . The said order was never extended beyond 15.11.2019, on which date simply the matter got adjourned granting six weeks time to the State to file Counter Affidavit.
