1 . This matter is taken up through hybrid
arrangement.
2 . Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and
learned counsel for the State.

3 . Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner challenges the action of the Opposite Parties in not considering the case of the petitioner in spite of the order of dated 12.08.2013 of Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare Department, Odisha as well as order dated 07.04.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.10271 of 2012. As per modified Government circular dated 12.08.2013 the Petitioner fulfills all the criteria i.e. he aged about 34 which is within the upper age limit prescribed

in the advertisement and also belongs to KBK districts and has required educational qualification. The petitioner appointed as salesman since 13.01.1997 at Kapilabhata Gram Panchayat under Bangomunda block of districtBolangir. Since he was continued in such post, the grievance of the petitioner is that similarly placed persons have been engaged as Jogan Sahayak who were also working as Salesman vide order dated 15.07.2014. Hence, the petitioner deserves to be considered by the authority to be appointed as Jogan Sahayak.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case especially the fact that the petitioner has worked as a salesman for a substantial period and has requisite experience, the Opposite Parties are directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner in terms of the order dated 07.04.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.10271 of 2012 within a period of one month from the date of submission of a copy of this order along with a copy the Writ Petition.

5 . Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
