2 . Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 06.06.2012 passed by the A.D.M.-cum-Appellate Authority, Bolangir/Opposite Party No.1 wherein the A.D.M.-cum-Appellate Authority, Bolangir/Opposite Party No.1 while rejecting the appeal of the Petitioner has held that the C.D.P.O.,

Patnagarh has cancelled the previous notification and issued fresh notification No. 559 dated 31.10.2011 inviting application afresh to fill up the post of Anganwadi workers in respect of 45 Anganwadi centers including Padhel and Siddhimunda by following the instructions issued by the Collector, Bolangir followed by the SubCollector, Patnagarh along with the Government guidelines issued from time to time.
4 . The grievance of the Petitioner is that pursuant to the advertisement dated 08.08.2011 issued by the C.D.P.O. Patnagarh under Annexure-4, the petitioner along with others applied for the Post of Additional Anganwadi Worker in respect of Padhel-2 Additional Anganwadi Centre under Marua G.P. in the district of Bolangir and the selection process was completed in respect of the said Anganwadi Centre. While the matter stood thus, the authority cancelled the said advertisement and issued another advertisement dated 31.10.2011 under Annexure-5 challenging such cancellation, the petitioner filed appeal bearing Misc . Appeal No.23 of 2011 before the Additional District Magistrate, Bolangir. The said authority disposed of the appeal vide order dated 06.06.2012 holding that the cancellation of the previous

advertisement without assigning any reason is not irrelevant as it has been done by following the instruction of the Collector, Bolangir and further directed the C.D.P.O., Patnagarh to complete the selection process.
5. Since the selection process is going on, as per the notification No.559 dated 31.10.2011, the concerned Authority is directed to proceed for fresh selection and complete the selection process within a period of two months from today.
6. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of.
7. The interim order passed earlier by this Court on 17.08.2012 is hereby vacated.
