1 . This matter is taken up through hybrid

2 . None appears on behalf of the Petitioners at the time of call.

3 . Being aggrieved with the inaction of the Opposite Party No.6 through the letter No.355 dated 23.03.2016 the Petitioners have approached this Court through the present writ petition. By way of this writ petition the Petitioners have also sought for a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party Nos.1 to 5 for making necessary clearance and issuing NOC for releasing the deposited amount in their favour with accrued interest both in PI & FI.

4 . This matter is taken up on several occasions. Pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 14.08.2023 Mr. Debananda Behera, the Chief Manager (I/c), Baripada Urban Cooperative Bank Ltd. is present in Court room.

5 . Appearing on behalf of Mr. Debananda Behera, the Chief Manager (I/c), Baripada Urban Cooperative Bank Ltd. Mr. Dash, learned counsel submits that not only necessary NOC has already been released in favour of the Petitioners but the outstanding dues in respect of the Petitioners are already cleared. Hence, the grievance of the Petitioners is already redressed.

6 . Keeping in view the above statement of Mr. Dash, learned counsel for Opposite Party Nos.6 & 7, this Court finds, nothing survives in this Writ Petition to be adjudicated upon by this Court any further.

7 . Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

8 . In view of disposal of this Writ Petition, personal appearance of Mr. Debananda Behera, the Chief Manager (I/c), Baripada Urban Cooperative Bank Ltd. stands dispensed with.
