No.5 OF 2011, whereby condoning the delay subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/-, learned appellate Court posted the matter to 29^th April, 2011 for payment of cost and memorandum of appearance by learned A.G.P.

Since none appears for the Petitioner to pursue the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

Interim order dated 26^th July, 2011 passed in Misc. Case No.8044 of 2011 stands vacated.
